Behaviour

It is our aim at St Mary's School that every member of the school community feels valued and respected, and that each person is treated fairly and well. We are a caring community, whose values are built on mutual trust and respect for all and are rooted in the Christian values that our school holds.

We ensure that all members of the school can live and learn together in a supportive way, in an environment where everyone feels happy, safe and secure.

We set high expectations of behaviour and are very proud to say that our children’s day to day behaviour, both within lessons and around the school, reflects their understanding of these high standards and expectations.

We are fortunate that we have very supportive families at St Mary's and we work in close partnership to help the children develop and grow as individuals.
